To enable daily synchronization with your recruitment tool usually you would need to provide some synchronization key. Most job boards are public and does not require authorization. In most cases it is you company name however it depends on a recruitment tool.
Please read below how to find synchronization key for your recruitment tool.
Greenhouse
Greenhouse job posts synchronization requires so called {board_token}. Usually it is a company name.
If the URL of your company’s Greenhouse Job Board has the following format: https://boards.greenhouse.io/board_token
then your synchronization token is the last term in the URL -> board_token.
For example, if your Greenhouse Job Board URL is https://boards.greenhouse.io/acme, this means that “acme” is your board token.
Copy this board token to Whoishiring.io registration form or send it via email at mail@whoishiring.io so we can start synchronize your job posts.
If you don’t know the Greenhouse Job Board link follow below steps:
To provide a job board URL, click the Configure icon the upper in right-hand corner and navigate to Job Boards (or Dev Center) on the left-hand panel.
This should open the Configure Your Job Board website, where you will find board token listed.
Copy this board token to Whoishiring.io registration form or send it via email at mail@whoishiring.io so we can start synchronize your job posts.

Recruitee
Recruitee job posts synchronization requires so called {yourcompany}. In most cases it is a company name as parameter suggest.
If the URL of your company’s Recruitee Job Board has the following format (In most cases it is the same that is displayed on Career Site): https://{yourcompany}.recruitee.com/api/offers/
then your synchronization token is the first term in the URL - yourcompany.
For example, if your Recruitee Job Board URL is https://acme.recruitee.com/api/offers/, this means that “acme” is your synchronization token.
Copy yourcompany token to Whoishiring.io registration form or send it via email at mail@whoishiring.io so we can start synchronize your job posts.

Lever
Lever job posts synchronization requires so called {yoursite}. In most cases it is a company name.
If the URL of your company’s Lever Job Board has the following format (In most cases it is the same that is displayed on Lever ATS Site): https://api.lever.co/v0/postings/yoursite
then your synchronization token is the last term in the URL - yoursite.
For example, if your Lever Job Board URL is https://api.lever.co/v0/postings/acme, this
means that “acme” is your synchronization token.
If you are still don’t know {yoursite} token follow these steps (taken from Lever website - https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/articles/213307846-How-do-I-use-Lever-s-Job-posting-feed)-:
- Go to Lever’s integrations settings page and scroll down to "Job Boards."
- Click on “Learn More” next to "Job posting feed"
- Click on the blue "Generate Job Feed" button.
- Copy the XML code and click on the "Done" button:

Personio
Personio job posts synchronization requires so called {myaccount}. In many cases it is a company name or id.
If the URL of your company’s Personio Job Board has the following format: http://myaccount-jobs.personio.de/
then your synchronization token is the first term in the URL - myaccount.
For example, if your Personio Job Board URL is https://acme-jobs.personio.de, this means that “acme” is your synchronization token.
The recruiting API access token as well as the company ID can be found in your Personio account under Settings > API > Credentials.
SmartRecruiters
SmartRecruiters job posts synchronization requires so called {companyIdentifier}. In many cases it is a company name or id as parameter suggest.
If the URL of your company’s SmartRecruiters Job Board has the following format: https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/companyIdentifier
then your synchronization token is the last term in the URL - companyIdentifier.
For example, if your SmartRecruiters Job Board URL is https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/acme, this means that “acme” is your synchronization token.
The company id as it appears at the end of your default career site. To find have an administrator go to “Settings/Admin” and click on “Career Pages & Job Ads” and it will be what appears after the / in “https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/”):
Recruiterbox
Recruiterbox job posts synchronization requires so called {mycompany}. In many cases it is a company name or company id.
If the URL of your company’s Recruiterbox Job Board has the following format: http://mycompany.recruiterbox.com
then your synchronization token is the first term in the URL - mycompany.
For example, if your Recruiterbox Job Board URL is https://acme.recruiterbox.com, this means that “acme” is your synchronization token.
If you log in to recruiterbox at https://mycompany.recruiterbox.com, then your clientname is mycompany.

Workable
Workable job posts synchronization requires so called {subdomain}. In many cases it is a company name or company id.
If the URL of your company’s Workable Job Board has the following format: https://www.workable.com/api/accounts/subdomain
then your synchronization token is the last term in the URL - subdomain.
For example, if your Workable Job Board URL is https://www.workable.com/api/accounts/acme, this means that “acme” is your synchronization token.
You can find subdomain token in the company profile settings page:
